GOOD LUCK EVER HEARING BACK FROM THEM. My ENTIRE vacation was trashed bc of Disney Scheduling. I have been going to Disney for years, never had a problem. This time, three times they lost my reservation. They completely lost my resevervation and I had to stay at a different hotel bc there were no more rooms available. Then I would call and they would have some random address I had never heard of. Then it was booked under my fathers name! What! Then I got there and they had canceled ALL my dining reservations and booked someone elses under my name. When I went to check out of the hotel, they tried to make me pay for someone elses bill. Then they couldnt find my husband and I. Said we stayed in a vacant room. Wow. They didnt even know we were there! To bad I payed ahead of time. Lol. Anyways, I sent Disney TWO letters requesting someone contact me. I never heard back

I don't know if this qualifies but twice I've called about past ressies and they told me my ressies were in another name. They tried to tell me I was such-and-such and I had to correct them. That name didn't go with my addy and other info. I didn't know the people they had connected to my addy. That concerns me cause I'm confused enough without being confused with strangers.
