Has the Wonder ever sailed out of New Orleans before?

The Disney Wonder will be sailing out of New Orleans for about 2 months starting in February and I am trying to find out if this is its first time to ever leave out of that port. Some things I've read they say that "Disney Wonder returns to NOLA" and other things I am finding make it seem like it is the very first time ever to leave out of this port.

I cannot find any information about any previous sailings so if anyone knows or if you have been on a Disney cruise out of NOLA, when was the last time they left from this port?

I don‘t know where you saw DCL say they were returning there, but on the 2020 announcement page, they clearly state they are sailing from there for the first time ever

She'll be sailing from NOLA in 2021 as well so maybe the things you read that indicated she was returning were talking about that?

I am really hoping there are some reports about the port before our March 6 Panama Canal cruise out of Nola.

It seems like they're starting to figure out the finer details. When I called to add DCL transfers last month, the woman I spoke with didn't have any information as to when they would be running. She gave me some number to call but I kind of forgot about it. My parents are joining us and they called to add their DCL transfers this week. They were told that the transfers will be running continuously between 9:30 - 1:00 and just show up when you're ready regardless of your PAT.

I'm flying in the night before and staying near the airport. So I intend to use the free hotel shuttle to the hotel and then back to the airport in the morning to catch the bus.

If your party size is bigger than 2, then I would just skip the hotel and cruise shuttle and just get an Uber XL or Lyft direct to the port. It isn't that far and you get to leave on your schedule.

Thanks. I had looked into it but I’ll need two car seats. It seemed like it was going to be too much of a hassle.
