Has somebody ever gotten a 4th fastpass at soarin or test track?

I got a same day FP for Soarin' once but my guess it was only because someone changed their FPs and released it. I wouldn't count on there being availability after you have used your first 3.

If you want to do both, get there before rope drop and ride one while you FP the other. Test Track also has a single rider line that works well, but you can't design your own car.

It is possible to get one for either attraction. But if you do, it is likely that you wouldn't need it in the first place since it means that the crowds are very light that day. It is also possible to get one due to a cancellation. But that is really a bolt out of the blue. You have to be logged on and checking at exactly the right moment.

I saw one for Test Track when I was there on 4/30. It was for later than we wanted (after 7PM IIRC), and we already rode it at RD. So, we passed on it.

I got one for Soarin' this past March, at a kiosk. It was about 2:00, and the FP was for about 3:00. Both the CM and I were so surprised when it popped up, we both quickly tried to click on it before it went away! So it's possible, but kind of a "fluke" when it happens. As a PP said, it would be someone else's cancellation and the timing has to work out perfectly. I'm sure it also helped that I was only looking for 1.

I have attempted to do so for Test Track 3 times in the past 2 years (twice in May 2014 and once in May 2015) and was able to do it each time. This is with the caveat that all times were several hours out and I was doing this on days rated a 3 or 4.

Yes, at about 5pm both Soarin' and Test Track available. This was during a low crowd day just before Labour Day weekend last year.

We were there the 1st week of June and had no luck with either one of those attractions as a 4th FP+.

It wasn't our 4th, but we arrived at Epcot at 4pm on a Friday during F&W last October, and when we got to the Land, it only had a 10 minute wait, so I changed it to TT. We had done early package ticket pickup around 2pm, and TT was not an option when we initially booked, but it was there 2 hours later.

I got a single FP for TT as a fourth, but had to refresh the app nonstop for about 15 minutes until one broke free for me to grab.

We were there on 6/7. Soarin had a 65 minute wait. After trying several times I was able to get a 7 pm FP for a family of 4. We arrived at about 5 pm after a morning at MK then and afternoon rest at PORS. What we did was choose an available FP at the kiosk (Nemo). Then used the app on my phone to update it. After a few tries I was able to get test track for 6:45 but kept on trying and finally got Soarin. We still did Nemo as it was only a 10 minute wait. (only 10 minutes because it takes that long to walk back there)
