Has incentive for BCV changed since 4/1?

Can anyone tell me if the $5 off p/pt incentive has changed since 4/1?

I know there was some speculation as to whether it would come off of the TOTAL or just the DOWN PAYMENT.

Also, if anyone has joined BCV for 150/pts, with 10% down, is the monthly fee of $123.72/month INCLUDE annual dues?????

The same incentives are still intact. Yes there is talk of removing them. It's either $5 per point toward your down payment or a free stay based on point level purchased.

That price would not include maintenance fees...they would be $47.13/month extra this year (with part of them tax deductible).
