Has everyone gotten email verifications yet?

Should I be worried that I haven't gotten an email confirmation of my new rate? Normally, I have one by now.
 
I changed my reservation with a code right before lunch today and my confirmation came by e-mail at 5:19 PM. I thought that was quite long actually and was getting worried.
 
I've made two online ressies, one today, one yesterday....both times I got the email confirmation within an hour or two. Last week I did phone ressies and got the email several hours later.

If you made it online, you should be able to log into your account and check your intinerary and see the ressies. The ones I did by phone aren't in my account even though I gave them the same email address....go figure.

Well, you really have to wonder because when I called today, the CM asked my name (even though I had already punched in my reservation # and phone #), and then said - so you have a trip booked for October?

Um, no, but I have a trip booked for December! :confused3 Then she couldn't find my reservation # for the first few minutes and said "are you sure you booked it through us?" -- um, yes, on the Disney web site and I have a confirmation.

Eventually she seemed to figure it out and all was well, but I seriously wonder about their computer system!
 

I haven't got mine either....and I paid in full to avoid calling on sunday. I had problems in January too.
 
I didn't get an email but I was worried because some changes I made about a month ago weren't done and I had to call back, but I did go online yesterday and check and my discount had been applied.
 
I applied a code yesterday around 7:30am, and within a few minutes it was changed on the Disney site. I didn't receive an e-mail though till about 2-3pm.
 
My e-mail came about 2 hours after I made my call. And the total was wrong because they had inexplicably moved me to a club level room (!), even though the CM confirmed the correct rate before I ended the call.
 
I booked 3 rooms, but got verification email on the room booked under my own name. They didn't have emails for the rest of the people, so I assume they will mail confirmations for the other 2 rooms. I'm glad they asked me to confirm my email address, because for some reason they had my daughters old email from long time ago. No idea how that happened.
 
I called last night and saved $362 at Coranodo Springs for the week of 11/8-11/15 and did not get a confirmation as of last night.
 
I also made my reservation first thing Wednesday morning and didn't get my confirmation until around 7 last night.
 
I called yesterday around 10 am est and still did not receive my email confirmation but when I check the Disney website it is updated - so I am not too worried. As long as the official site is updated I am happy :)
 
Still no email confirmation. And I checked the link through an old email and it hasn't been updated.

For the PP who asked, I didn't make my ressie online, but over the phone directly with WDW Travel.

DH actually wants to move to BC or YC, so he may get his wish if my change didn't go through. :lmao:
 
Made the change to our reservation around 7:30 am Thursday morning, and received the email confirmation sometime early Thursday afternoon.
 
I made my changes yesterday morning and still don't have an email. When I called last night I was told it could take up to 2 days to get the email as they were so busy.
 
Still no email confirmation. And I checked the link through an old email and it hasn't been updated.

I would call them now. The same thing happened to me when I was trying to change my rack rate to a discounted room rate. The CM was nice and chatty, told me that they changed my rate and that it would be emailed to me. Never was emailed to me so I checked an old link and the reservation was still the same. Called back and found out that my reservation was never changed. :sad2: Luckily the discount was still available when I called back.
