Has Earl of Sandwich cut back??

we just returned home last nite from 8 nites at SSR...went to Earl one nite for the cobb salad (that we have always LOVED) and a sandwich..You no longer chose your own bowl of greens and they now give you a smaller bowl of mostly yellow romaine hearts and the sandwiches seemed smaller..it was still good but not the usual excellent..
did we get an off nite or have things changed since Oct of 2008 ???
