Has calling for Cindy's PS's changed?

I tried to call this morning and had to press numbers for 2 options and my phone number - is this how it is done now? I don't remember that from the past. This really eliminates being able to keep pressing redial. OR maybe I'm calling the wrong number? Any help is appreciated - I called an hour late today, so I understand why I didn't get it - but, I really want to have a good chance tomorrow. Thanks in advance! Tonia

Yes, that is how Disney Dining is now.

Some, though, have tried just hitting #1 and then #1 again and then they do not ask for your phone number.

As beattyfamily mentioned, there's some great info on calling for Cindy's, including recent callers' experiences, in the thread at the top of this forum. I called last week and followed all the latest advice in that thread, and I got Cindy's on my very first try ever!!

Thanks - I did try reading the thread at the top, but some of the info was a bit out of date from 2002. Hopefully, I will get it tommorow - pixie dust please!!

Just wanted to let you know, I read on another post that people were told that CRO would be updating their system tomorrow morning, so no PS's for Cindy's will be taken tomorrow morning. They will resume on Friday, I'll be calling friday too !!!

When I went to read the post at the top and saw that it dated back to 2002, I started reading 3-4 pages from the end instead. That way I could see what was working for people lately.

I'm sending you pixie dust for tomorrow...let us know how you do!

Is this true? I don't want to spend time tomorrow calling if it is - it is a bit early for me!
