Has BRV ever had a hard goods refurb?

I’m trying to find out the history of refurbs for BRV/VWL and from what I can find here is the history. Is this info correct or can anyone dispute the info? Thanks!!

Built 2000

2008 soft goods

2014 soft goods

2020 scheduled full refurb

2021 rescheduled full refurb (delayed due to SSR and Covid)

2022 rescheduled full refurb (delayed due to Poly and VGF)

2014 was considered to be a "full refurb" at the time. They changed the tile flooring and in the larger units removed the carpet in the living area and replaced with the vinyl plank. I'm not 100% but I think they replaced the counter tops and they replaced the appliances. Plus several fixtures, faucets etc. Changed most furniture and all the TV's. Also added the single murphy bed to the studios. They painted the cabinets (which was pretty typical of full refurbs except they did an absolutely terribly job of it. There were certain spots that they left the original tile but changed out what probably equated to 80% or so. It was completed in 5 weeks total for the resort and the workmanship showed that IMO.

It had a lot of qualities of the first full refurb ever done - OKW in 2010? And that got what I might call it's fixer full refurb a few years ago just like VWL needs.
