been able to enter the "Bolt"/WDW sweepstakes? MousesSavers mentions it, but I haven't been able to enter at all. (And believe me, I've been trying!)

I just entered on the link you provided.
Hit "sweepstakes" on the right, then enter, then I had to temporarily allow pop-ups. I entered my info and got a thanks.

I had to temporarily allow pop-ups. Maybe that's the problem.

The allow pop-ups message is at the very top of the screen. Did you see it? Hopefully you got in. Good luck to you, too.

Oh yeah, thanks to you I was able to finally enter, but I swear the Disney sites are always a little buggy or hard to navigate. I wish they would have had an error message come up that said "allow pop-ups?" or something like that.
