Has anyone with a December sailing been able to order a gift?

We are taking the Dream on the Dec 18, 2023. Every time I use the app I get an error message. I tried to use the reservation number get the error message, I use name and port still get the error message.

Yet when I use the online version I can look up FLL no problem.

Pearl, Platinum and Gold have all selected their adventures, Silver gets to pick in a few days. So we are just not able to add gifts because of the error message. It doesn’t say “too early” anywhere, just error message.

So can anyone with a Dec sailing get gifts ordered today? I’m trying to see if this is a FLL issue or time issue? Did the people with a Halloween sailing have to wait until they released Halloween gifts before they let you order?

I think the app is just wonky for onboard gifts. If you can do it on the website, I would just use that.

I can at least see them on the website. Still can’t order them because of error message. That’s why I ask because maybe it’s just my reservation number that’s giving the problem because we are out of Fort Lauderdale.

Any currently. Only when I put in our PIF reservation or look by name and date do I get an error. If I look at the Fort Lauderdale Port by itself they have 74 items.

When I use the automatic copy and paste the reservation number, it puts a space at the end and I get that error. If i backspace and erase the space, it works.

I don't know if this is any consolation, but I have a January sailing and I ordered gifts a month ago. I wasn't PIF at the time, and copied the reservation from my DU reservation to paste into the onboard gifts reservation look up page on my laptop.
