Has anyone used WDW Mail Order For Pins?

Hi Everyone!
I found a pin set that's beautiful AND availble by WDW mail order.I have a few questions about the system,1.Can you order the pins before they're released or have to wait until they are released?2.What time do the phonelines open in the morning?Please help me out,I REALLY Really want this for my birthday!

If the set is a limited edition, it may not be available by mail order until a month has passed (that's the general rule for LEs). Sometimes pre-orders are taken for Gallery items but that's it. I suggest you try calling the day it is released and see what guest mail order says.

I believe they open at 9:00am EST.
