has anyone used transtar??

We just got our travel docs. HOORAY!!!!!!. We are so excited to leave. We have vouchers for limo service from airport to WL. Has anyone used them before? What was the expericence like? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

I was curious about Transtar too. I don't want to use Mears next trip.

We used Transtar Towncar service this past September for the trip from MCO to WL and back. They were great. Driver was waiting for us in the baggage claim when we arrived. He was very friendly, well informed about the Disney schedule for that particular week (park/show times/rides under rehab, etc.) was familiar with our resort and helped with the bags.

Car was comfortable/spotless.

On the return trip they actually sent a complimentary stretch limo (I think usually happens when it works better for the company to schedule that way). Which made the always sad ride to the airport a little more comfortable.

Even without the limo though, great service all around. We'd use them again without hesitation.

thanks mattjs. that makes me feel better. All i read on the boards is how great tiffany is and i was beginning to question my decision to have my TA book my transportation. Hopefully i made the right choice, if not i know who to use next time.

By the way, if you haven't been yet (and I'm sure you've already heard this but) you're gonna love WL. We had an unbelievable stay there.

Our trip is tomorrow and Transtar is our Towncar service as well. It was booked through teh Disney Package... we are sooo excited - I will let you know or - shoot me a Private Message and I will tell you that way!
