Has anyone used Thrifty Blue chip

Is Thrifty blue chip the same as Dollar express, I.e. gives the ability to jump the rental counter and head straight to the garage?

Not used them personally but according to the website you have a dedicated line at the rental counter to get faster service.

I think it says the same on dollar express, I am going to risk going to the kiosk - which is shared with dollar anyway and play dumb!
