Has anyone used there AA membership for AAA discount

Sure I have heard this is possible and now seen a nice discount for Tradewinds at St Petes beach which we have already booked. Just wondered if AA is accepted for AAA discounts. Works out about $50 a night discount which would be great.

A discount on a hotel should be easy enough. I once tried in a restaurant (Mimi's)and couldn't get them to understand what I was asking for. They took my AA card then brought it back and asked if that was the card I wanted to charge the meal to. I gave up in the end.

for some discounts on hotels, you sometimes have to put in your AAA number when you book the discounted room.

When i booked a room in new york, one of the options that came up was a AAA discount. So i tried booking it and it asked for my AAA number.

in the end, i found a different discount, so i never pursued it further.
But i suppose i could have tried when i got to the hotel.

I got an AA discount when I booked the Royal Pacific hotel at Universal. This was a couple of years ago, so don't know whether they still do it or not!

AA discounts still apply. I checked a Hard Rock price using my AA discount a few months ago. You still also get discounts at all stores in the two parks and if I remember rightly at the restaurants too. Just show your AA card.

Thankyou. I have rebooked Tradewinds at St Petes using the discount. They didn't ask for any membership number so guess I will have to show at check in. Just hope there isn't a problem. Will print off all the info I can to take with me.

We used it at the Candy Cane Inn (Disneyland) last summer, we just had to show our AA card on check-in. I'd printed up the ARC Europe info and taken it with me but didn't need it. We also used it at Disneyland to get discount, 20% off the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour.

I remember buying a £19 policy a few months before We went through topcash back and we booked RPR 20% off and had 10% nearly everywhere onsite. Well worth buying if u are going to universal
