Has anyone used their email/pin discount on two separate trips?

Sorry if this is repeating. I thought there was a thread but searched back through pages and pages!

Was booked for trip in November with my email/pin discount, split stay but discount applied to both.

Now I've downgraded my November trip and just staying at one resort but have planned a trip in October now. Was told by CRO (and I made her check twice) that the email/pin discount can only be used for one trip. She said it was like a coupon and once used, cant be reused. She said their system would not accept disc applied to two trips.

I kept the pin applied to the November ressie and will be hoping for AP discounts but wondered what other folks had been told.

I booked two trips with the email and pin with no problem...october and december ..CM put me on hold to ask a supervisor and came back...said no problem...I would call back and try another CM

I also booked two separate trips using the pin # from my e-mail discount. The CM didn't even need a supervisor. $209/night + tax at the Poly from 10/14 thru 10/18 and then $119/night + tax at the WL for 12/19/04 thru 12/27/04. I did this in two separate phone calls on two separate days (it probably doesn't matter though).

As the old saying goes...if you don't like the answer..hang up and try again.
And YES I am keeping the Oct trip a surprise for Corey and a bigger surprise that you and Callie will be there.

I'm still waiting for a email/postcard but I'm eating worms with
Poohkinandpiglet so now is not the time to send me one. But tomorrow would be ok. Or an AP rate would work too.

We did it. I called and used the pin # on a trip for August. When I hung up we realized that the dates covered the trip we are taking in December so we called back and used the same pin # for that trip. Had no problems!!!! I would call back again!! Good Luck!!!

I think I'm just going to sit on it for now, for a week or two anyway. I really think AP rates are going to come out soon. There's a thread talking about fall packages coming out the 25th so believe (hope) other codes will be coming out too.

Not that a hurricane is ever a good thing, but believe Disney will want to do whatever they can to increase occupancy through the rest of the year.
