Has anyone used Tesco clubcard vouchers to get tickets?

My inlaws are considering joining us on our trip in a couple of weeks and I'm trying to find the best way of booking for them. Using clubcard vouchers for tickets and booking the hotel room only is an option so I was wondering...

1) I'm assuming they will need to exchange their voucher for actual tickets on the day - what time do the ticket offices open?
2) If they stay at the Cheyenne on a room only basis will they be able to use EMH? I guess they'll need their tickets first so this probably depends on the above answer unless they can exchange their vouchers the day before.

Has anyone done something like this before? I want to make it as simple as possible so I might just hang on for the flash sale.

We used them at the Santa Fe last year, The ticket booth outside Salon Mickey opens at 8.00 am (which is next to the entrance for EMH) You had to exchange them on the day and show ID, but then anyone in your party could use them. Yes you can still use EMH if staying at a Disney hotel as its the easy pass that gets your early entry. We found them less hassle than we thought we would!:surfweb:

Have you checked the room only prices as often they work out more expensive than buying a package?

Yes, I've had a look on Expedia and two nights at the Cheyenne is about £288 room only compared to £400-500 for a package. If they had to buy tickets I guess there wouldn't be much in it but it might be a better option with the "free" tesco tickets.

Yes if nothing comes up in the flash sale that would definately be a better deal. :goodvibes
