Has anyone used Small World Vacations?

I had Susie Preskitt and she never returned any of my emails or phone calls. I understand they are busy but having no response (not even a "sorry I'm busy, I'll back to you soon". I ended up losing my Pop reservation because my 2 week hold was up.
POP was sold out during that time frame when I checked other travel agents/ disney site, so my husband suspects she never really had the reservation she quoted me or she gave it to someone else or wanted to give it to someone else so she was waiting for my 2 week hold to be up. I hope this is not the case.

Mousesavers.com seems to highly recommend it but I wasn't impressed. Am I the only one who had problems with them? I know you are going to say I should have contacted someone else at Small World Vacations. You are right, but I was just mad at that company and didn't want to give them any business.

I ended up booking with Dreams Unlimited and Dan is wonderful. He emailed me immediately and has always responded within an hour or two. THat is important when time is of the essence with getting ADR's, etc.

Just wondering what other people's experiences were.

I use them for all of my trips and my upcoming cruise. I've never had a problem with fast responces even on the weekends. I do not have the same ta that you were assigned to, so I don't know anything about her. I'm sorry that you didn't get a response, but I'm glad that you were still able to recover and are planning your next trip.
