Has anyone used jwtours or orlandoride for towncar service??

Their rates are lower than the companies usually talked about on this board. Can anyone provide feedback on their service?

We waited for an answer to the same Q last week with no response. I did request info and rates and they were better than everyone else BUT when I asked for a confirmation # and requested how we wantded our name spelled all I got was a Thank you for my request note. They didn't seem to want to give us any additional info. So we are checking with Cartier. They have a discount for booking online. They are a little more than orlandoride but seem to able to give us a confirmation number.
