Basically, yes. You need to take the email with the code beginning MM or MN for the date you are going and also the passport of the person who is named on the ticket. Take ut to the normal ticket office where they will exchange for your park tickets.
We used ours in June and had a great time. Hope you do too.
Thanks for this, I'm using mine later in the month. I would like to be able to upgrade them to annual passes, does anyone know if this is possible - are they just regular tickets - or are they marked in some way? Thanks

I don't think you'll be able to do this - the ticket you get at the DLP ticket booth when you hand over your Sky voucher would have to have a price on it for you to be able to upgrade it to an annual pass. Thats why you can't upgrade a ticket that you get with a hotel booking from DLP, because those tickets have "Nil" or "forfait" on them where the price usually is.

This is correct, you can't upgrade those tickets. Friends of mine have tried. It doesn't work for exactly those reasons. There was a "forfeit" on the tickets.
