Hi,

Has anyone here in Canada used the Dreams Unlimited Travel Service. I have just been given a quote for Sept 2007 for a 7day stay at one of the value resorts and the price was amazing. Almost $600 US cheaper then what I would have expected. Naturally I am a little leary as it is so much cheaper. Could you please get back to me and let me know any of your experiences with this company,

THanks

Yosh

I used them for 2 Disney Cruises, my last one and one next year. Found their prices excellent and the service was great.

They do everything by e-mail. I had to change my dates and upgrade a cabin and it work very well.

Hi

We used DU in 2003 and they got us an awesome rate of $179 for an 11 night stay at the Swan with (at the time) Club Level. I was really leary at first but there were no problems and they were very professional. They know their Disney too.

I wouldn't hesitate to book with them.

I've used them 3 times, including an upcoming trip. In my experience they've been fantastic, and I'd never go back to booking myself.

Although you have to send your credit card info to them, the actual billing is done by Disney (your statement will show a charge from Disney, not Dreams Unlimited). If something were to happen to Dreams Unlimited, you'd still be OK as Disney has your money, not them. The risk is pretty minimal, and I'd say the number of happy customers on the disboards makes it even less.

We used DU for our 2003 and 2005 trips. They are a well established and reputable TA. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I just booked with them today and I can tell you I am absolutely impressed with the level of customer service I have received thus far!

Used them for our DisneyCruise & another Resort reservation (that we cancelled later -- change of plans). They were great. As most everything is done through e-mail do make sure you check your Bulk Folder or add them to your allowed addresses though. We sadly missed lots of info from them because I wasn't aware my ISP had changed my security settings & sent DU's Bulk Mailings (great newsletters, etc.) to Spam. You don't have to e-mail your Credit Card info though -- phone for payments.

DU has a secure web site for entry of your CC info too. More convenient than phoning for me. DU doesn't keep the CC info on file. We had to resubmit our CC info when we had DU purchase MVMCP tickets and reserve a CP dinner package or make an ADR that needed a CC.
