Has anyone used Disney Care Care Rental Service

We will be flying into Orlando then driving to the Keys to visit family. Our travel agent said she sould arrange to have a car delivered to our resort through disney car care. Has anyone heard of this or used It?

The WDW Car Care Center has National and Alamo car rentals. I don't believe they deliver the car to your resort, but they will pick you up to get the rental and deliver you to somewhere else when you return the rental. We did this back in October - it was a piece of cake.

Can you book this ahead online? we are flying down late and thought we'd use disney transportation and get the car the next day. Does it take very long or is it better to get the car while at the airport?
