has anyone used concierge itinerary planning?

we are booked club level at the contemporary....just wondering (although doubtful...)is it possible that they can obtain reservations that are not available for me to book (ie. be our guest has no available reservations for our entire stay...)

Unfortunately, no as IPO has the same chance of getting ADRs as you do, even the hard to get ones. You could give them a list of what you want and have them look along with you and cancel any duplicates you might get, but they don't have any pull to get what isn't available to you.
