Has anyone used Capitol Shuttle for CDG transfers?

In reviewing previous posts, it seems that BS Transports and RS Transports have been highly recommended, but that some have also had problems with these companies.

Has anyone tried Capitol Shuttle? On their blog, they claim to be a "young French company" and the second largest shuttle company in the Paris area. Their prices are better than BS Transports & RS Transports and their website (at www.capitolshuttle.com) is much better---cleaner and more professional. (Am I the only one who's noticed that the RS Transports web site has pictures of the Paris hotel in Las Vegas and California Adventure at Disneyland in California?)

Hi, :flower3:

Except all the companies you've mentioned, there is the VEA shuttle, which is the recommended one on Disney site. :drive:

Isn't it the cheapest and the worthiest?

I am interested to know too...
ONLY 4 DAYS NOW!!!

I usually use the VEA, and have had no problems at all with them (apart from, last time we were on the VEA for an hour and a half, due to traffic back-up on the roads out of the airport).

But, this time there are 6 of us travelling, and we are using bs transports, as the price for the journey (90 euros) is exactly the same as the VEA for our party.

We'll get to our hotel, and therefore the parks, easily half an hour earlier using the private transfer as opposed to the VEA.

Yes, VEA (or TGV) definitely seems like the way to go.

My problem is that my return flight leaves CDG at 7:40 in the morning. And that means leaving our hotel at something like 4:15 a.m., based on what I've seen for shuttle departures.

Neither TGV nor VEA operate that early. And the thought of using RER (which takes longer) that early in the morning is not appealing (though there are only two of us traveling).

So, I'm pretty much looking at a shuttle or a taxi. That's why I'm looking at Capitol Shuttle. But it sure would be nice to hear if anyone else has used them.

It looks like you will have to be the guinea pig for capitol shuttle thegrovers:flower3: !

I've had a look at the prices on their website - certainly for up to 2 people, they are cheaper than bs transport (for a shared shuttle price). But once you get to 3 people onwards, they aren't as cheap, and bs transport beats them there.

Let us know how you get on :goodvibes

Since I was to be the "guinea pig," I thought I should provide an update, now that we're back home.

Sadly, I don't have much to report. It appears that I wrote down the wrong number for Capitol Shuttle. When I called the day before our departure to book a shuttle, I got someone else!

We ended up using RS Transports. The driver got to our hotel fifteen minutes late, but got us to CDG quite quickly, at one point driving 130 km/hr when the posted speed was 110! I'll let you form your own opinion as to whether that was good or bad.

I have booked for a shuttle service at Paris-airport-shuttle.com the service was provided by Capitol Shuttle and it was excellent .

Driver was very welcoming and come on time !
