Has anyone use shirts with spandex for designs

Will transfers work on shirts that are 95% cotton and 5% spandex?
Have some tank tops for the gkids and would like to do their designs on them as they would be better for the weather when we go.

I was looking for the same answer. I have some Old Navy tanks that I picked up and they are 96% cotton and 4% spandex
