has anyone stayed in Smithfield NC on way to orlando

Can anyone tell me which is the better hotel in Smithfield. Sleep in Suites is an award winning hotel but older, comfort suites new hotel from 2007 price just a bit higher. Which hotel is closer to the outlets.

We stayed in the Seep Inn two years ago.It was nice,clean and the breakfast was decent. I guess a lot can change in two years,but if we were driving down 95 we were going to book the Sleep Inn in Smithfield.We are going a different route this year. I think both hotels are close enough to the outlets that it wouldn't make a big difference.You could check the hotel web sites for more accurate distance.

Can you please tell me if the sleep inn is at a closer distance to the outlet mall than the new Comfort Inn? Would my daugther be able to walk to the outlet from the hotel? thanks very much

Both are close but do to the traffic I wouldn't walk. Plus the outlet's lay out is very large. I would drop her off and then have her to call you when she is ready to leave.

Rode by today on our way to church. All of those hotels are together and you could walk to the outlet but do to the traffic I would not by myself. Those are very nice and clean you should have no issues at all which ever one you pick.
