DF and I have been looking more into our Disneymoon and are planning to stay at the Polynesian but are unsure if we want to book club level or not??? Has anyone done club level before? Especially at Polynesian? Is the pre-vacation planning helpful? Are the evening food offerings as delicious as they look like on the wesite?

I stayed club level at BWV the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids. It was awesome!!! Full service = anything you want/need! The food was super yummy. And the pre-vacay planning was extremely helpful. Even though we were only staying one night our concierge planner helped us book out ENTIRE trip for dining/tours/etc. We were able to get all our choices at the times we wanted. It was so much nicer to just call/email him and book everything rather than having to sit on wdw-dine for hours. :)

I say do it if you can!

We stayed concierge level at the Poly and it was fantastic!!! The location of the Hawaii building is great--close to the pool and Great Ceremonial House, not too bad of a walk to the TTC to get the Epcot monorail or express MK monorail.

As far as the lounge--wow, way exceeded our expectations! For breakfast they had fruit/cereal/juices/pastries, in the afternoon there were snacks--the best cookies, chips and salsa, the yummy juice that they serve at 'Ohana (can't think of the name offhand). But the real star was the evening offerings--honestly we could've made a light dinner out of it (and did some days when we'd had a big lunch). The choice changed each evening, some examples of what we had (not all offered in one night!): pulled pork sandwiches, spring rolls, sushi, make your own udon bowl (they had the broth and then various items to add like shrimp, noodles, chicken), chicken wings, satay, then they also offered cheese, crackers, fruit etc. I didn't drink booze while we there so I'm not sure what they had but I saw others with bottled beer and wine. The fridge was always stocked with cans of soda. Later in the evening they brought out a variety of mini pastries.

And the view from the lounge is fantastic! A two story window overlooking the beach and you can see Cindy's castle in the distance. We never did this, but I heard that they pipe in the sound to Wishes if you want to watch it from the lounge. There was always at least one CM in the lobby--but usually two--and they were so helpful with anything we needed from ADRs to getting packages to our room, etc.

Ah, I wish I was there right now.:goodvibes

Thanks for the responses ladies! It sounds wonderful but I just want to be sure it's worth it. So with the pre-vacation planning how does it work? Do you get priority when it comes to ADR's over non-club level guests or is it mainly just the convenience of having someone else do it for you?

My DF and I are staying in the Honeymoon Suite at the Poly for our honeymoon. The pre vacation planning really sold it for me. I email them once a day with changes I want to make and they email back so quickly with an updated itinerary. We we've also always wanted to do the private wildlife safari, which is only open to concierge level guests. They can't book things early for you, just book them for you when the 90 day mark comes around, and they have the ins and outs so they can explain things to you and help you get the best experience!

We are staying @ Animal Kingdom lodge CL for our upcoming honeymoon. The IPO has been wonderful so far and already got me every dining reservation I have wanted and is always so friendly and helpful, plus they booked me for the Sunrise Safari which is only open to AKL concierge guests. I cant wait :)
