We stayed concierge level at the Poly and it was fantastic!!! The location of the Hawaii building is great--close to the pool and Great Ceremonial House, not too bad of a walk to the TTC to get the Epcot monorail or express MK monorail.
As far as the lounge--wow, way exceeded our expectations! For breakfast they had fruit/cereal/juices/pastries, in the afternoon there were snacks--
the best cookies, chips and salsa, the yummy juice that they serve at 'Ohana (can't think of the name offhand). But the real star was the evening offerings--honestly we could've made a light dinner out of it (and did some days when we'd had a big lunch). The choice changed each evening, some examples of what we had (not all offered in one night!): pulled pork sandwiches, spring rolls, sushi, make your own udon bowl (they had the broth and then various items to add like shrimp, noodles, chicken), chicken wings, satay, then they also offered cheese, crackers, fruit etc. I didn't drink booze while we there so I'm not sure what they had but I saw others with bottled beer and wine. The fridge was always stocked with cans of soda. Later in the evening they brought out a variety of mini pastries.
And the view from the lounge is fantastic! A two story window overlooking the beach and you can see Cindy's castle in the distance. We never did this, but I heard that they pipe in the sound to Wishes if you want to watch it from the lounge. There was always at least one CM in the lobby--but usually two--and they were so helpful with anything we needed from ADRs to getting packages to our room, etc.
Ah, I wish I was there right now.
