Has anyone stayed at Vista Park Resort? If not, why?

Hey, new here. Thanks in advance for your help. We're planning a June trip and are thinking of staying in a pool home at Vista Park Resort. I haven't seen anything mentioned here about this place. Has anyone stayed there. If so, please tell me what it was like, proximity to DW, etc.
