I have not stayed at any of those houses, but they all look nice. We stayed in this house last year and will staying here again in February. It cost $875 inclusive of all taxes and pool/spa heat. I would recommend this home http://www.vrbo.com/46990

This will be our first visit. We have decided to stay at the Windsor Palms resorts. Great reviews and for the first week in April, 7nights its only $620 including cleaning taxes etc!! Its a 3BDR 3 BATH condo. Although no private pool, its has a club house with sooooooo much for all 5 of my kids to do!! Playground, basketball court, FREE move Theater, hiking, and much more. They also provide shuttle to WDW, I think that costs but Im not sure yet. 3miles from WDW. Ive looked into a lot and that was the cheapest!

I haven't stayed there, but I can tell you that Davenport is more than 10-12 minutes from WDW.

We stayed in Clermont and it took us 15-25 minutes, depending on traffic. Davenport is further away than Clermont.

Friends of ours stayed in Davenport (and they really enjoyed where they were staying) but said it took them 30-40 minutes to get to WDW. Since they only planned a couple of days there they didn't care. They were doing a lot of different things and really wanted to be centrally located.

There are many others. All reasonably priced and good locations.
