Has anyone stayed at the Sheraton Anaheim Hotel?

And is their shuttle to Disneyland reliable?

We went last year and loved it!

It is a really nice quality hotel (almost feels a bit business-like - I'm not sure if that's what you are after!).

They had a convenience store in the hotel that sold pretty much anything you could think of, including hot food (I loved their corn chowder!)

The shuttle was always on time, and only took a few minutes to get to the parks. We missed the shuttle by about 2 minutes on one day (they come every 1/2 hour I think, in both directions) and had to walk. It took DH & I about 20 minutes.

We were in one of their suite rooms, we had a really comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was nice. Room service was really good (we actually got them to bring us items from their on-site restaurant and it was definitely restaurant quality food).

We're planning on going back next year too, the quality was really good, and it's nowhere near the prices of the on-site hotels.

We have stayed there 4 or 5 times. It's a good choice for an offsite hotel. We have found the shuttle very reliable and timely (unlike the ART system ), and the drivers friendly. Most rooms are plain and old, but they are clean, roomy and the beds super comfy. The first floor rooms are bigger and have a door on both sides of the room - one in the inside corridor and one outside facing the pretty garden area. The koi pond is nice and they have an inviting lounge just past the front desk where it's nice to sit and have a cocktail.
