Has anyone stayed at the Regal Sun in DTD?

I have this place booked for one night before our trip at the end of November/early December. I really just want something clean, safe and close enough to DTD to walk over for the evening. Any pros/cons?

I have driven by it a few times since it changed hands. It used to be the grosvenor - if you check out tripadvisor, you might get some reviews with that name. However, it has been renovated and it is in walking distance to Disney marketplace/Downtown Disney.
