has anyone stayed at terre verde?

hi all

has anyone stayed at terre verde? we have a house on venetian bay and are due out on the 1st dec. Our mc has just called and we have someone who wants to rent out ours for a year which is great. We can stay on vb or terre verde so I would really appreciate it if anyone has stayed on there. mc has said that if we dont like it we can move onto vb but after the long flight dont want to have to mess about. on the plus side terre verde has a private pool which mc will heat.

Haven't stayed but I do know that it's very nice, in addition one of the few in the area that have clubhouse facilities which is a big advantage in my opinion.
Gated for extra security.

Terre Verde is less than a 10 minute drive to the junction of the 192 and Poinciana Boulevard.
Location is ideal, with a Publix supermarket closeby and restaurants easily reached on the 192 also.

The resort is one of the newest in Kissimmee.

our eldest son has downs syndrome and knows vb really well I am tempted to go to terre verde as long as the private pool is heated as the weather is a bit hit and miss during dec.

Must admit terre verde looks very similar to vb

I think Terre Verde would be an excellent choice Michelle, one thing you may need to be aware of is that Poinciana Boulevard is a very busy road - although the traffic moves quickly (normally 50 mph ish). There are a lot of villa developments down there, however TV is one of the nearest to the 192 junction and with a Publix at the Vineland Road/SR535 location it is very convenient.
Plus the likes of Golden Corral, KFC and many more restaurants are within easy reach.

The security on the gates is also very tight and there is no way you could get access unless you were staying there - I know as I tried to have a look around in August.
