Has anyone stayed at Ramada Plaza Orlando Hotel ???

I have a reservation at this hotel(3155 John Young Parkway) and needed an update on it. How are the rooms( I heard horror stories),dining, over all condition of the hotel. Condition pool. How helpful is the staff. Safe place to stay. Very worried.
Any new pictures??Lots of pictures .
Reviews are bad ,but they are from the beginning of this year.
Please let me know.

I stayed there once and wouldn't call it a horror story,it's a pretty old hotel compared to all the other hotels in the area,it had a kind of feel like in it's day it was a very good hotel,but it's time has passed.From what I remember the lobby area was still pretty nice and even though it's been a while since I stayed there I don't think I remember the rooms being in horrible condition.It's north of the tourist areas on International Drive by Universal and Sea World and located on the north side of I-4,I think on the other side of I-4 there's a jail so that just tells you you're close but you're NOT quite in the tourist area.I wouldn't recommend the hotel but it wasn't a total disaster.
