Has anyone seen this website?

I saw someone mention it while playing smallworlds so I decided to check it out. I was wondering if anyone has seen this website and what their thoughts are. It's called vmkplz.com http://vmkplz.webs.com/index.htm

Do you think that the "Yavn and Host_Harmony" mentioned are the real ones? It asks for add-ons to be allowed, should I allow them? I don't like installing something on my computer if I don't know the website.

Any opinions would be great
