They use to sell a similar model at Walmart for $12 but I haven't seen them in the past two summers. I lost mine...:sad2:

I loved this for boating, snorkeling, the beach, etc. I got great photos through the bag and still could use the zoom, etc.

If anyone has seen these other than online please let me know thanks!

Do you know the price or an idea of the price? I wonder if there is one in my area.

I'm trying not to order online, looking for an actual store that sells them and it's ok if they are not Aqua Pac brand.

If you go to the aquapac website there's a store locater, you have to fill in your address info and they respond via email.

Maybe you could find something similar at a local dive shop or a sports/outdoor store similar to REI and LLBean. I see you're in Cape Canaveral, have you checked Ron Jons?

I was really looking at getting one of these until I saw this....

Will NOT fit some of the Canon EOS range, Nikon F100, F5, N90, Minolta Dynax9 or Pentax PZ-1P

and this.....

Designed to fit most single-lens-reflex cameras with standard lenses (up to 3.4 inches in length)

I would love to have one, but I find myself frequently using my longer lens. If anyone finds something similar that will work with the EOS let me know.

I found their chart listing what bag to use. The digital Rebels are fine (you have the XT or XTi don't you?). http://www.aquapac.net/usstore/images/fit060811-camera.pdf

As for the lens, it depends on what you want to use it for, but many situations that you would use the bag for would call for a wide to normal focal length (i.e. usu shorter lens). You are not going to be able to get great underwater shots or rain shots of a subject that is very far away from you. There could be a desire to do tele macro shots, and then this would not work great or if you want it to use it to keep sand out while at the beach it would not be the best.
