Has anyone seen Remy later than 6pm at Chefs?

We're leaving in just a few days and I can't wait. The only ADR I could get for Chefs de France though was for 6:20. My son loves Remy and I really was hoping to see him. Has anyone seen him later than 6?

No, he is only there until 6 Monday through Saturday.

Is his last showing right at 6pm? If it is I'm going to keep calling to see if we can possibly get our ressie for 6 instead.

My understanding is that Remy does 4 "shows" a day at Chefs de France. My guess would be that they run every few hours.

Chefs opens at 11 I believe, so 1st show at 11:30 or 12? Next at 1:30 or 2? 3rd at 3:30 or 4 and last at 5:30 or 6? That would space them out evenly. We have an ADR at 6:30 in June and I intend to show up a bit early to catch a glimpse of Remy as we wait to check-in.

Thanks! If I can't switch our ADR, which I'm sure I won't be able too, we'll just show up early and hope we can see him.

Thanks for the info, I was wondering if there were set times. We have an ADR at 3:00 next Wed. Remy is the reason I booked Chefs de France as my girls love him!
