Has anyone seen real results with the Firm?

Just curious, from those who do the firm consistently-Have you noticed real results. I'm sort of a cardio queen, but am thinking of switching to a more weight lifting approach.
 
I recently started using my firm videos again. I was getting bored with the eliptical trainer and treadmill. I wanted to add weight training too and still wanted cardio. I completed two videos fully and another one just part way. They are hard! I'll keep you posted. Their website says "visible results in 10 workouts." I'm game!
 
You may want to check out the Firm, Taebo etc. thread. Those people know their videos & work really hard. Also, you may want to google 'firm workout reviews' to see what you come up with. Additonally, I've found that on Amazon many of the people who purchase the books, dvd's etc. do reviews on the programs.
 
I though I would share that I have a friend who along with eating healthy has incorporated The Firm into her life. It has made a huge difference. She has lost a significant amount of weight and looks and feels wonderful.

It has already been suggested that you check out the Firm/Taebo...thread. I agree. You should get some good information from those who are using it there.
 

I have been a member of videofitness.com for years and another called the Firm YaYas. Lots of folks also say their rear looks "flat" after they stop doing the Firm, but that makes sense because the Firm uses so much step-up movements. You might want to check the forums at videofitness.com to check out some reviews. www.firmdirect.com is the Firm coporate website and they have a pay forum/membership.

Those who have been Firming for years get better results or maintain their results by rotating their workouts, such as what cardio, strength, etc., they do within a cycle of say 6 to 8 weeks. Yes, you do get results fast, but to keep improving you need to mix it up.

I like the Firm, but I also enjoy Cathe Friedrich and her website is at www.cathe.com .

I love the firm, but I agree you do need to mix up video's for a couple of reasons, one you can get bored easy plus IMHO to mix strength and cardio videos gives you the best results. www.collegevideo.com is also a very good site that has just about every video you can think of.
 
Good responses. I started out with the firm exclusively, and then after I got really close to my goal, switched over to Cathe, who gave me the extra push I needed. The firm really helped get me in shape and then Cathe just took it over the top. You are more than welcome to come join us on the thread!
 
I've been looking into Cathe since reading about it on the board. I have a treadmill and Norditrack that I love, but need motivation for strength training. I may a few of Cathe videos.
