Has anyone seen Mickey's magic show at MGM?....

I didn't see it- but I saw the full length version that was on tour. It was pretty good. It was a 90 minute show- I think they are condensing it down to about 20-25 minutes for MGM and actually- that will probably be an improvement. Lots of characters and some pretty good magic tricks.

More info on this? I have never heard of it. I assumed the OP was talking about Fantasmic.

I thought they were talking about the lmt. engagement of the Magic Show that will be there for a few days for the Magical Beginnings promo. Tomorrow is the last day for it. They are making way for the Doodlebops Live- Then it will return on 8/24.

Yes! This is the magic show I am referring to. Thanks for the info. We arrive 8-24 and stay until 8-28 and it will be going on then. I wonder if you need tickets for it or if you just wait in a line for the certain showtimes?

Our family saw it when the tour came to Charlotte. It was a 90 minute show then. It was really cute. There were two guy magicians putting on a magic show. One was a new magician so he needed lots of help and encouragement from the audience and characters. There were lots of characters that came out on stage and the magic tricks were great. Some of them were -
Alice and the Mad Hatter - pulling things out of the hat
Aladdin and Jasmine - floating in air
and
Cinderella magically appeared dressed.

I can't remember the others, but it was a neat show!

No- I don't think you need tickets- they will put on several shows throughout the day and you can get a list of showtimes at the park when you arrive and then just arrive 15-30 minutes before showtime and you should not have a problem seeing the show. (I would ask a CM how early you should arrive)

I wish this was going on when we were there. We just missed it.

TTT for additional info. I've been wondering about this myself. The biggest thing for us will be The Wiggles performance. My DD loves all of their songs. We'll follow that up with lunch with JoJo and Goliath & Friends. :thumbsup2
