Has anyone seen Bench Warmers?

I'm curious if anyone has seen this movie & have an opinion as to why it received a PG 13 rating?

My ds age 11 saw it with a friend and his mom. He said he and his friend loved the movie. He said he does remember a curse word being used a few times.

We saw it last weekend. All 5 of us loved it and yes I took 3 kids under the age of 13. I would imagine it was labeled pg-13 because of some of the inuendos that went straight over my kids heads! Like using the word shmegma a few times. There were a lot of 80's era references in the show but honestly I don't think there was anything horrible about the show. Sometimes the ratings do not match the show and I believe this is one of those times. My 3 kids aged 7, 11, and almost 13 loved it and Dh and I loved it too and probably even more because we got all of the 80's references like Kit from Night Rider and a few other things!
