I've heard this is a very good Beatles tribute show. My sister was a HUGE Beatles fan so I got tickets to see this group in a couple of months. Has anyone seen them perform?

I saw them perform several years ago, and thought they did an excellent job. DH is a huge Beatles fan and really enjoyed the show.

I haven't but I actually saw the original Beatles in 1964. :teeth: Man, I'm old. :guilty:

They played Boston Gardens during that tour. I saw them again in 1965 at Shea Stadium and in 1966 at Suffolk Down in East Boston.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!!! :thumbsup2

They play here every year. Most people think they do an outstanding job.
You will find that they do only the early Beatles material up to about 1965.
That means fans of the Beatles who prefer the Sgt. Pepper/White Album/Abbey Road/Let It Be era will be left wanting. :)

My teens have been twice and raved about it!! The got a big laugh out of seeing many of their teachers there having a fabulous time, singing and dancing!

Yes! They are very good. They only do the early stuff though. My Dad, who is a huge Beatles fan, was impressed with their performance when we saw them a couple of years ago.

Thanks, everyone, for the replies. :wave2: I'm so glad to hear positive comments since I really hope my sister will enjoy the show. I'm getting excited myself!

Virgo10...WOW! You are so lucky to have seen the REAL thing so many times. I wish I had seen them but it never worked out. I did get to see Elvis live though so that makes me old, too! :teeth: :rotfl:

I am a huge Beatles fan and it's pretty hard to impress me. I have seen them three times, once at Carnegie Hall in NYC. They are awesome, great energy and the closest someone my age will ever get to experiencing Beatlemania. These guys really know what they are doing. And if you get a chance to meet them after the show, do so. They are super nice!

Thank you, Heather...I am getting goosebumps hearing these reviews!

Do they have a meet and greet after the show or how do you get a chance to meet them? I would love to do this, especially for my sister.

I'm pretty sure that after all the shows I went to, they had a table set up where they would sign autographs and sell merchandise. The very first show I went to happened to be at a small college and I got a seat in the front row and got to stand right at the stage and sing along. It must have been pretty obvious that I was really into the show because "John" threw me his guitar pick at the end. I was on cloud 9!! :cloud9: It was a great time! The next show was the Carnegie Hall and our seats were in the back so it wasn't as fun, but we(my dad and I) did get to see them at the meet and greet after the show. Have a great time!!!

I just saw 1964 last night!!! :cool1:

They come every year to a festival we have here. It is a great show!!! :cheer2: :sunny:

They have been coming here for 14 years, I think. We have been to all but 2 or 3 and one of those times was when DS was born and we came home from the hospital that day. (He was supposed to wait until after the concert to be born!!)
