Has anyone rented this condo in WH?

I got a really great quote from him but want to make sure it's all trustworthy....

Looks like a nice place. It's also listed on the windsorhillsrent.com site. The tax records for the owner check out ok. He's owned it probably since it was first built and the taxes are paid on it.
Don't know if that helps or not but if might give you some peace of mind if you didn't know it already.

That was on the top of our list too. It's 2nd in the running, but we're going to try for a more girly theme for the kids room

I thought about that too because I have 2 girls but for the price he's offering for the week we want to go it's too good to pass up!

I was going to book that one but I think there was a problem with our dates...something makes me think he only rents Saturday-Saturday but I could be mistaken. The only reason we chose another unit was because of the dates.

We're going Sept 12-19.
I think you may be right about the sat-sat because I asked for a quote for Sat-Friday and he sent me a quote for Sat-sat. (It ended up being cheaper than anyone else was giving me for a shorter stay so I'm happy).
I'm not sure what building it's in. He's supposed to call me tonight so we can discuss payment and all so I'll ask him then.
