Has anyone received the gift card from DMR yet?

It's been almost a month, and I was just wondering if they had started sending these out yet. The other item I ordered that same day shipped a few days later. I was hoping to have it in time for Black Friday shopping.

I have not received mine yet. I ordered on October 14th. When I look at my orders it only says submitted, not shipped. I am hoping it arrives before our WDW trip!

Edited to add: I just looked in the FAQ and it says that physical rewards will be shipped 6-8 weeks after ordering. I guess we need to wait another 4 weeks before contacting them to ask about it.
