Has anyone phoned RS transport?

Hi I was wondering if anyone has phoned RS Transport as I need to confirm some details with them for our March trip and they have not responded to the e.mails I have sent them. I was wondering if they spoke English?

I've never phoned them - only e-mailed them. However, we used them last October and the driver spoke English.

That is strange that they are not responding to emails. When we booked for November we had a few changes and our emails were always responded to.

I would guess they must have someonein the office that speaks english because they answered all our questions.

l contacted them by telephone once and they spoke in English.

Our 'additional' driver spoke very good English too and seemed to another the phone a lot so I think you should be okay.

They replied to my emails promptly too. On our day of departure they telephoned me to confirm our flight details, and they spoke good english. We had two minibuses booked and one driver was fluent in english but the other wasn't so good. They were very efficient and helpful though, great service.

I have e-mailed them this week and not had a reply.
I will give them until tomorrow and then call them.
I will see if my French GCSE from 17 years ago was worth while.
