If so, what kind of things did you receive and was it worth it?

I never ordered this book but, I did read this on thier site so I am think about ordering it.

Where did you hear about www.saveorlando.com? I checked the Better Business Bureau for Hollywood Florida (the company is based there) and did not get any negative info on them. It will be interesting to see what the discounts actually are (discounts with or without "strings attached", etc...). Looks like a very simple setup for them as far as their web site.....links on their website to Travelocity....might be some kind of travel agency as the actual business and they started this "saveorlando" on the side....

I just received this discount book yesterday and it's not what I expected at all. Basically it's a pamphlet about 9 pages in length that tells you to get your theme park tickets you have 5 different offers and where to go to receive the discounts. They seem to be all timeshare related promotions advising you to arrive early and stay for breakfast, that they will even pay you cash as well as getting the themepark tickets. They listed 6 hotels that offer discounts but again I am wondering if there isn't a timeshare involved with those as well. I tried one of the websites, it wasn't even working and the other hotel didn't even have availability for the dates I am going away this June. The packets also included about 5 discount booklets of coupons for restuarants, shopping, attractions, etc. not unlike the booklets you would pick up in most hotel lobbies through out Orlando.
I doubt if I am going to sit through any timeshare promo to save money on my themepark tickets or hotel accomodations so basically I wasted $15.90 but since the savings are real, if I were to go to the timeshare promotions, there is nothing I can do about it.
