Has anyone on the dis been chosen to stay in the castle?

Hi: Not sure if this has been covered before. Has anyone on the dis been chosen to stay overnight in the castle? If so are you allowed to wander around magickingdom when it is closed?

I have!!! When we were there it was EMH and the park was open to 12! we walked around with the tour guide for a while. BUT the next day was my wedding day!!! so we went to the room at about 10:30 but my sil went in the utildors for a while. I know that you can do that with your guide once the park closes. we got to go to the front of all the lines when we were on our tour! We got to eat at CRT for dinner and got toasting glasses. It was overall the greatest 2 days of my life!

I got to say in the castle a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately the park closed at 8 so we were in early. We also had 2 small children with us so we didn't even ask. However, I have heard of others who have had after hours tours. I didn't even think about that or I might have left dd with my sis and gone!!

Thanks Canadian Guy, I didn't know there was such a section. I can't wait to read what the winners won. I can't imagine actually staying in the castle, I would probably want to wander outside on main street all night with no crowds
