Has anyone not gotten a response from an email about a dining reservation?

I sent an email to the disney dining reservation email address at about 7:00 (central time) this morning and have not gotten a response yet. Should I wait longer or should I call the dining number?

I think they say they will do their best to get back to you by the same day. So I wouldn't worry yet.

I emailed my request around 4:45pm last Thursday and I had a response by 4:59! It was a brand new system and I'm sure the word is getting out so it may take longer but I would call!
