has anyone lost an AP? help!

Hello,

We are leaving in a few days and my husband can't find his AP. I hope it turns up in the next few days. But if it doesn't (and so I don't have to worry), can we get a new one. I have a copy of the receipt from when we purchased last year.

has this happened to anyone?

It's happened to us more than once, I'm afraid

We have been able to get them easily replaced at guest services and were only asked for I.D. Some people have reported being charged a nominal fee, but we weren't.

No worries - the AP is the easiest pass to replace since it has your name on it. The receipt might help but all Guest Relations would need is the name and address of the AP holder and picture ID to prove identity.

thanks - at least we don't have to worry now. we can go over to the MK when we arrive and go to guest relations by the ticket sales booth - right? can they help us at the hotel?

You'll need to go to Guest Relations at the park.

thanks all - that's why this board is the best. my dh was so worried when he called me and told me he couldn't find his pass. I had figured that they could probably replace it - but now we know and he doesn't have to spend three days turning the house upside down looking for it. thanks again - missy

Yes, hubby has lost his ap a few times, and we have had to replace worn out ones. It is not a problem at all. Just go to guest services, they have all your info in the computer, so they will just print you up a new one.

You can also go to guest services in downtown disney if you are there first.
