I'm considering doing this. DH uses it ocassionally, but he also goes to a gym every morning where they have scales (or at least I assume they do - its more like a boxing ring sort of gym, but there has to be at least one scale there, I would think!)
Anyhoo, I think I might do it tonight. The scale frustrates me. I think it might be healthier to just go by how my clothes fit.

According to that scale, I've lost 23 pounds since September 12th.
If not having a scale works for you, then go for it!
