the backstate tour at Radio City or the NBC/Rockefeller Center tour?

I'm trying to decide which one my girls would enjoy more, and whether it would be too much to do both tours the same day.

Wow, you just gave me a flashback! LOL I did the NBC tour in NYC when I was in the Girl Scouts. To show how long ago this was, Johnny Carson was STILL doing The Tonight Show AND he was still doing it from NYC! :teeth: I was very young at the time ;)

I think everyone would enjoy that tour, including kids! I've seen the Rockettes and been to RCMH several times, but have never done a backstage tour.

Personally, my first choice would be the NBC tour. Find out how long each tour is, it might be possible to do both in one day.

hmmmmmm.....some memory flashes here :)

I've never 'done' the RCMH tour officially....but I did have free-access to the whole place at one time in my life. I used to pass by the tours being conducted all the time. It's a very cool place behind the scenes.....and to see the hydraulics for the orchestra underneath the stage is pretty awesome itself...

I've never done the NBC tour, so can't comment on that one

I've done the NBC studio tour when I was in camp and I had a great time. It was about 15 years ago so it may be different now.
