Has anyone heard of this before?

As I was scrolling through the Universal website, I came across this:

It seems like a pretty good deal for $19.95. It states that the movie is at a Universal theater - I'm assuming that there is a theater on Citywalk?
Has anyone ever partaken in this deal, and is it worth it?

I use AP after 6 for $6 tickets and usually find a dinner/lunch for less than $14.

My take is that it's only a good deal if you are not a picky eater. Your menu chocies are limited and never the most interesting thing on the menu. And like the previous poster said, you can probably find a good meal for about $14 anyway.

I much prefer going to the movies and, just before showtime, picking up a big hot fudge sundae at the lobby counter. It's a meal in itself. Healthy, too!

If you do not have an AP and can't get the $6 tickets, then it is a good deal. The menu is limited, certainly not the most expensive items are available but you can check out the menu before you purchase the deal. As I recall, there were decent selections at each restaurant. Yes, the theater is right there at City Walk, it's very nice with "stadium" seating. I think it is right across from the Motown Cafe.

The most a movie will cost you is $7.50. Matinee $6.00 and Children/Student $5.50.

You can use your parking ticket to get $8.00 off concession stand. Good for all snacks, sodas, ice cream, frozen drinks, smoothies, beer & liquor.

Is there a limit on the amount of tickets you can buy for $6.00 after 6pm? There are four adults and four children in our party and I am the only one with an Annual Pass. Could I buy discounted tickets for everyone?

As long as you will eat what they offer I thought it was a good deal. Our family did it last summer and the one before. Hard Rock was good and we did not like the NBA..This year we were going to try MOTOWN..
